Our initial session will be dedicated to assessing your current symptoms, lifestyle habits, dietary intake and other relevant information to help get an in depth health background.
Educational
Not only do I want to help you reach your weight loss goals now but I will teach you how to maintain the weight loss forever. Throughout our sessions, I will educate you on some of the evidence-based science behind my approach.
Integrative
Since weight loss is not just about nutrition, I will be helping you with other areas of your lifestyle to help facilitate change.
